We are a family run business based in Downham Market, Norfolk, with over 20 years experience in property clearance.

We cover NORFOLK, SUFFOLK, CAMBRIDGESHIRE, KENT, ESSEX, LONDON AND LINCOLNSHIRE any area within a 100 mile radius. We only travel long distances for full house clearances as you can appreciate it has to be worth our while with extra travel time and expense.
We are registered with the Environment Agency and fully licensed to carry waste.

As you may or may not be aware it is your responsibility to ensure that all your rubbish is disposed of lawfully and that if you use a company that decides to fly tip your rubbish, then unfortunately if there are any items or paperwork that links it to you, then you will be the one that will be fined.
